Whilst I was in Canada the Crossfit Open 2016 was on and involved 324,307 participants from 175 countries. That’s right, Crossfit is popular and growing all the time. I was invited along to Summerland’s Crossfit centre by my lovely sister (above), who is a keen competitor.

I attended three of the weekly workouts and created hundreds of photos of the happenings. These I honed down to 175 photos that I shared with the Summerland folks. What follows here are my top 25 photos, a purely personal choice. Hope you like ’em
